The Tattwas are the pranic/energetic aspects of the five Elements. They are:
EARTH,  WATER,  FIRE,  AIR  and  ETHER.
We will be using the Weekend Retreat to explore these in a myriad of yogic ways:

* Asana classes - Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin
* Pranayama/Meditation
* Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
* Soundbath
* Chanting
* Creative Arts Therapy
* Waterfall Walk
* Linen and laughter provided.

'Seacroft', our venue for the Retreat, is in a idyllic location on the Great Ocean Road
with 360 views of either ocean or rolling green countryside. It was originally a
monastry - the Yoga Space being the converted Chapel. Please enjoy the photos shown below of Seacroft and its surrounds. Rooms are either solo or shared.  Share bathrooms.

A Retreat with Yvonne is always an amazing and treasured experience for all
participants. This one she has teamed up with Lee Agius of Artful Warriorr,
to provide you with even more options, skills, healing and Love.

Retreat Teacher

Yvonne Haddleton has been practising yoga for over 30 years and teaching since 1991.She originally studied a strong, technical style, but her desire for a deeper practice, accessing the more spiritual aspects of yoga, led her to study Satyananda teacher training (pranayama and meditations). In the last twelve years she has enjoyed the integration of Vinyasa into her practice and teaching.   In addition to Yvonne's yoga teaching and postgraduate teaching qualifications, she has a BA in Dance, Certificates in Rebirthing, Breathwork, and Reiki, and most recently a Diploma in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy.

 Through her extensive learning and journeying through different styles Yvonne has created a unique practice that incorporates strength building, flexibility, focus and awareness, promoting a feeling of well-being, centredness and vitality. Yvonne is always attentive to the needs and energy of each group and responds accordingly. Her teaching style is technical but relaxed, fun and rewarding with love and healing being her foremost intent.
