Hi my name is Yvonne Haddleton and I welcome you to Elwood Beach Yoga Studio. 
You will enjoy the benefits of Yoga from an experienced and knowledgeable teacher whilst appreciating
​the absolute treat of looking out at the beautiful Bay. We have a wonderful and welcoming community of students who all treasure the benefits of yoga in their lives.

Classes are designed to build strength and flexibility, bring health and well-being. 
You will find yourself feeling more relaxed and peaceful, balanced, comfortable in your body and self.

Whether you are Beginner, General or Advanced in your practice, classes cater for all levels of yoga. 
Perhaps you would prefer a Private class? Yes this option is also available.

 The classes are a blend of styles cultivated and developed over my thirty plus year yoga journey. 
 Class comprises floor work, held poses, flow in sequences. Always, with a connection to breath, heart and spirit. All classes completed with a relaxation.

It is a large studio so there is always good social distancing.
It is recommended to bring your own mats. If you don't own one, they are available
